1. General Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription payments made on ekstrakt.app are non-refundable, except in the cases explicitly outlined below.

If you experience any technical issues or dissatisfaction, please contact our support team at support@ekstrakt.app, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns.

2. Subscription Fees

2.1 No Refunds on Subscription Payments

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds or prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your subscription will not renew.

3. Exceptional Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Charges

If you were mistakenly charged multiple times for the same subscription, please contact support@ekstrakt.app with proof of the duplicate charge. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount.

3.2 Billing Errors

If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our end, we will refund the excess amount charged.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under an exceptional case:

  • Email support@ekstrakt.app with the subject line: "Refund Request"
  • Include your account email, payment proof, and reason for the refund request
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
